No cancellation or refund is allowed once payment is made.
Please check the item immediately upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if it is faulty. Do return us the product in its intact packaging and we will provide an one-to-one exchange for you. All exchanges are done in store we dont not provide free delivery for exchanges. Else, we can also arrange a courier service at a nominal fee of $10.
Should there be any damages due to incorrect assembly by customers, there will be no exchange or returns allowed.
My Littleshoppers reserves the right to refuse any exchange or refund if the requirements are not met. In case of dispute, My Littleshoppers will have the right to make the final decision.
